Newlands House Birmingham

This scheme was a conversion from commercial to residential, located in the desirable and upmarket suburb of Edgbaston. Newland House is an exciting new addition to Birmingham’s thriving city centre residential developments.

Watchworks Prescott

This scheme was a combination of new build & refurbishment of existing premises to provide 72 No new apartments. Also, within the scheme was a communal kitchen/diner, laundry & hair dressing salon.

Moseley Central Birmingham

This new build scheme situated in the suburb of Moseley Village. The development is a selection of 46 No stylish studios and deluxe one, two & three bedroom apartments over four floors & two buildings.

Park Gate at Lyndon Place Birmingham

This scheme was a conversion from commercial to residential. The development offers a selection of 126 No stylish deluxe one- & two-bedroom apartments over five floors.

Albert Vaults Manchester

This new build scheme situated on the border of Salford & Manchester city centre. The development is a selection of 25 No high specification one & two bedroom apartments over eight floors.

AVSL Trafford Park Manchester

This was a refurbishment of an existing warehouse & internal 2 storey office space. Daisymill were engaged to design, install & commission the domestic hot & cold water, above ground drainage, ventilation & VRF Air Conditioning.

Meadow Mill Stockport

This scheme is a conversion from a commercial mill to residential. The development offers a selection of 231 No stylish deluxe one- & two-bedroom apartments over six floors.

Memoria Crematorium Flintshire & Bassetlaw

This scheme was a new build crematorium on a greenfield site. Daisymill designed, installed & commissioned domestic water services, above ground drainage, ventilation, LTHW heating, air conditioning, BMS, lighting, small power & life safety systems.
