St James House Stockport see’s a former office building converted into 40 one- and two-bedroom apartments, in partnership with ABGI and Northold Group. Daisymill Technologies was instructed by ABGI to complete both the mechanical and electrical packages. This included the domestic hot and cold water, above ground drainage, AOV system, electric heating and lighting.
