Warwick House Birmingham in partnership with Packwood Property Group, sees a former office building transformed into 40 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Daisymill Technologies have been engaged by Packwood Property Group to complete the mechanical and electrical packages. This included the domestic hot and cold water, above ground drainage, AOV system, electric heating, lighting and small power.
